TellaSwitch is committed to customer satisfaction.

If for any reason purchaser is unhappy with their purchase, they may within ten days of delivery return the unit in original condition, in the original box for a full refund minus any delivery charges. Upon receipt and acceptance of condition TellaSwitch will refund the purchase price.

Returns after 10 days are subject to 20% restocking charge. Returns after 30 days will not be credited. All returns must be in original condition and in original box. Delivery charges will not be credited.
